**No exchanges or refunds on sale items**

We graciously offer store credit for orders returned within 30 days of shipment.  Store credit is equal to the value of the item purchased and will remain active for 45 days after receipt of returned item.   While we do have a no refund policy, we will handle each individual concern on a case-by-case basis. 

*All items returned must be in new condition and void of stains, tears or other otherwise damaged.  Credit will be given once item is inspected and approved for return.

Because all of our pieces are carefully handcrafted and sourced in the USA, shipping is contingent on ordering time.  Once you place your order, you will receive an email with shipping time (usually between 7-14 days from your order). If you need your piece sooner, please select expedited shipping and someone will be in contact to confirm an earlier delivery date.

If expedited shipping is selected, we gurantee delivery by our projected delivery date or we will refund you the cost of shipping.
